It's been my journey to learn the most with the opportunities I've been afforded, and I've worked with some tremendous people along the way. Through these lived experiences and amazing leaders, I've come to realize my passion is to help others de-clutter the mess and be a resource for success. To bring structure to an otherwise chaotic situation, and to see others succeed through my efforts.
My experience is wide-ranging, having managed sales teams, support teams, call centers, projects and leaders. Throughout these experiences I've learned the value of others, and how to work with others to achieve a shared goals.
I've learned it is important to make data driven decisions and how to balance passion with sensibility through reporting and analytics. In a time where tools are available for every passion, I know how overwhelming things can become.
